It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

What could possibly be funny about a heart attack? See for yourself if anything is when Dee suffers one tonight. It doesn't appear to be serious, but it will be a lifestyle changer - for an episode, at least. As for Charlie and Mac, they suddenly decide that they need health insurance, so it's off to the corporate world they go. - Paul Droesch

The Office
9 pm/ET NBC
There have been plenty of tricks and treats thus far in Season 5 - Jan's pregnancy, Pam's relocation, Angela and Dwight's rocky romantic road, and Ryan's fall from grace. It all gets trickier in tonight's Halloween-themed affair, particularly for Pam, who is mortified when she arrives at corporate wearing the sole Halloween costume. Meanwhile, corporate delivers shocking news, and Dwight sets out to torment his romantic rival, Andy. - Dean Maurer

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

It's not easy being a mom in Sin City. Just ask Catherine. When she and Riley go to a club to investigate a woman's murder, she finds her daughter, Lindsey, there with a fake ID. Ouch! As for the crime, the victim is discovered to have several different blood types in her body. That's strange, even for Vegas. Oh, and she's the daughter of a big-time drug lord wanted by the FBI. - Tim Holland

There's a new (Mc) kid on the block: Just-hired trauma-surgery chief Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd), the former Army doc who got steamy with Cristina in the season opener. Owen's brash manner might have turned Cristina on, but it will cause steam to rise from the ears of attendings and residents alike tonight. Meanwhile, the chief gives Bailey new powers and a daunting assignment to go with them: Operate on a girl's inoperable tumor. - Paul Droesch

Sarah Silverman Program
10:30 pm/ET Comedy Central
In stand-up gigs and interviews, the real-life Sarah Silverman has been anything but bashful about copping to a bed-wetting problem until well into her teens. Well, let's just say "urine" for a treat when art imitates life tonight, as her TV doppelgänger experiences a little enuresis of her own. Meanwhile, Steve bristles at Brian's intense devotion to his beard. - Joe Friedrich
