Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil late Monday filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Charlize Theron, arguing that the actress signed an endorsement deal agreeing to wear only Weil's high-end watches - in exchange for "substantial funds" - yet at a Mar. 2006 event was spied sporting a timepiece from Christian Dior, for whom she pimps perfume.

Also from the AP: Keith Urban, the country singer, has filed a lawsuit against Keith Urban, the painter from New Jersey, claiming the latter's website violates federal trademark laws and is being used in a deceptive manner for commercial purposes. The lawsuit doesn't specify damages, but does request transfer of the domain to the singer.
