There are big changes coming to TBS and TNT. Kevin Reilly, the president of both networks, announced his strategy to makeover TNT and TBS on Wednesday, including a slew of new programming.

Joining in on the trend of limited series, TNT has ordered The Alienest, an eight-part psychological thriller based on Caleb Carr's bestselling novel from True Detective's Emmy winning director Cary Fukunaga, Oscar-winner Eric Roth and Oscar nominee Hossein Amini. The network also ordered two pilots, Will, about a young William Shakespeare from Craig Pearce, and Animal Kingdom, a family crime drama set in a surf community from John Wells and Jonathan Lisco.

As for TBS, Reilley plans to dramatically expand the network's original programming to over 15 scripted and unscripted series over the next two years. The first of these shows will premiere later this year, including Angie Tribeca, a spoof of cop shows from Steve and Nancy Carell starring Rashida Jones, the relationship-based game show Separation Anxiety and The Detour, a comedy from former Daily Show correspondents Samantha Bee and Jason Jones that Jones will star in. The duo is also developing a late-night series together, which Bee will headline.

Reilly also announced TBS has greenlit an ensemble comedy, Wrecked, from Justin and Jordan Shipley, and a pilot for The Group, a comedy about alien abductees from Conan O'Brien andThe Office's Greg Daniels.
