T.I. has issued another apology for saying that he would never vote for a female president because women make "rash decisions." The rapper quickly backtracked, apologizing on Twitter and now issuing a longer video apologyon Facebook.

"I'm being told to be quiet & just let this pass.... Nah that aint quite ME," he captioned the video, in which he apologizes to all the women in his life and all the women he's never met.

"I never intended to be taken as though I felt women couldn't be leaders. That was not my intention." T.I. explained. "I know better than that. I know that my daughters, as well as your daughters, can lead this nation, as well as any other nation, as long as they apply themselves and educate themselves and motivate themselves to do so."

The biggest celebrity feuds

T.I. also said that DJ Whoo Kid's radio show, where he originally made the offensive remarks, is a place where "we say a lot of outrageous things, talk a lot of taboo topics ... say some things that are borderline inappropriate, borderline offensive for more laughs and shock value." But T.I. acknowledged that in this instance, he took it too far.

"This time I reached for a joke that was in very poor taste using a stereotype associated to women that I should not have done," he said.
