The Last Ship Renewed for Season 5
A fifth season has been ordered in addition to the previously announced fourth
The Last Ship will sail until at least 2018.
The summer hit post-apocalyptic drama has been renewed for a fifth season, TNT announced Thursday. The Last Ship was already renewed for Season 4 in July, so this is actually more of an extension than a renewal. The fourth and fifth seasons will each have 1o episodes.

The Last Ship's Season 3 finale airs Sunday, Sept. 11 at 9/8c on TNT.
