Helena Bonham Carter Will Not Take a Backseat to Olivia Colman in The Crown Season 3 Trailer

Heavy is the head that wears ... well, you know. The trailer for The Crown's third season is here, and it looks like Queen Elizabeth II (Olivia Colman) will be facing as much of an identity crisis as her country -- thanks in no small part to some major fractures within her own family.

The trailer begins with the Queen sitting for a new royal portrait as the radio declares Jubilee Day -- the 25th anniversary celebration of her reign -- to be "as grueling as the Queen's coronation." Ouch.

In a voiceover, the Queen admits her self-doubt. "In the time I've been on the throne, what have I actually achieved?" she says. "This country was still great when I came to the throne. All that's happened on my watch is it's fallen apart."

While Princess Margaret (Helena Bonham Carter) says the monarchy is about "paper[ing] over the cracks," it's clear that she has her own qualms about her big sister's rule. "Frustrations and resentments can build up from a life as a support act," she later warns. (And check out that shot of her wearing the crown in the bathtub!)

Elizabeth and Margaret's sisterly clashes won't be the only family feuds ahead in Season 3. It's also clear that Prince Charles (Josh O'Connor) will be clashing with his relatives.

"Am I listened to in the family? Am I seen for who and what I am? No," he snaps at his mother.

But the Queen continues to put her professional obligations above everything else, declaring, "We have all made sacrifices and suppressed who we are. It is not a choice. It is a duty."

Seasons 3 and 4 of The Crown will cover a new era of Elizabeth's reign, from 1964 to 1977, and will feature an all-new cast of actors taking over the lead roles. In addition to Colman and Bonham Carter, Tobias Menzies takes over for Matt Smith as Prince Philip and Ben Daniels replaces Matthew Goode as Margaret's husband, Anthony Armstrong-Jones.

New additions to the cast include Emma Corrin as Princess Diana and Emerald Fennell as Camilla Parker Bowles, now the Duchess of Cornwall. Gillian Anderson will join the series in Season 4 as former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.

The Crown Season 3 premieres on Netflix on Sunday, Nov. 17.
