On Tuesday's two-part Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?, 20th Bachelor Ben Higgins postponed his planned televised wedding to his betrothed, Lauren Bushnell.

The couple had been experiencing hiccups in their journey to the altar, with Higgins wanting to slow the pace of the relationship. Ben and Lauren went to marriage counseling (which, for some reason, was a group session with their friends, two of whom are twin sisters who are not married to each other), and over the course of the session Ben came to realization that he needed to call off the wedding, which was scheduled for the near-ish future.

But this doesn't mean the wedding will never happen! He reassured Lauren that he still loves her very much and wants to marry her, he just wants to take more time so they can get to know each other better before they rush down the aisle.

Lauren, after some reflection, came to terms with Ben's decision, saying: "If Ben needs a little more time to feel comfortable getting married, that he should really have it because in the end, it won't matter if this wedding's a little bit later."

Two episodes still remain in Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?'s first season, and this issue will surely be resolved by the finale. It seems like the answer to the title's question is "pretty much, more or less." According to Instagram, Ben and Lauren are still together, and recently went on a service trip to Honduras.

We just got back from Honduras and witnessed all that you have helped accomplish through these campaigns for the Honduran people. But why stop now... it's that time of year again for our second annual @humanityandhope T -shirt campaign led by my friend and creative master @theyearofelan! This shirt was made specifically for one of @humanityandhope greatest needs in Honduras! If you buy this shirt you will help provide electricity for a village that struggles with education, safety, and access to opportunity at night. As a result if we sell enough t-shirts (because like the shirt says electricity is really expensive) proceeds will provide electricity for an entire village and change their trajectory in life! Join in, be apart of something great, and shoot this shirt is great and it isn't even that expensive! Check out the shirt and purchase it by Clicking on link in profile.

No wedding date has been announced, but I wouldn't count these two out yet.
