Lost's Terry O'Quinn Plots Return to ABC for Hallelujah

Terry O'Quinn

Lost's Terry O'Quinn is coming back to ABC for the hourlong drama pilot Hallelujah, a network rep confirms.

From Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry, the project centers on a small Tennessee town that is being torn apart by the forces of good and evil. However, things change when a stranger arrives, possibly bringing peace back to the community.

The complete pilot report: Kiefer Sutherland, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Wonder Woman and more!

O'Quinn will portray Del, a charismatic but corrupt millionaire. O'Quinn joins an ensemble cast including Jesse L. Martin, Frances O'Connor and Arielle Kebbel. The news was first reported by TVLine.

His casting comes after his NBC pilot with Lost co-star Michael Emerson was pushed back.

Hallelujah would be O'Quinn's third series gig at ABC. He recurred on the second season of Alias before joining Lost in 2004. He won an Emmy for Best Supporting Actor for Lost in 2007.
