Jenelle Evans is ready to rock the next season of Teen Mom 2 with her new and improved look.
The reality TV mother underwent breast implant surgery Wednesday, E! Online reports. A friend had tweeted a photo of Evans wearing a hospital gown and cap right before she went under the knife.

Later, Evans told a fan on Twitter that the operation was "Great. Perfect size and now the pain No good :/ but I'll live lol."
In March, a source told E! that Evans "got tired of having small breasts. Jenelle decided on a full 'C' cup because she does not want to go too big."
On the show, Evans, 20, struggles to be the responsible mother of her son Jace, but can't seem to resist partying and carousing. She's been arrested multiple times.
