CBS has leaped into the superhero game in a big way with Supergirl, which premieres Monday, Oct. 26 at 8:30/7:30c. Kara Zor-El (Melissa Benoist) is a Kryptonian who's had a very different experience from her cousin Clark Kent, aka Superman. After arriving on Earth as a teenager, she's pursued a path of normalcy, which means not taking advantage of her powers. One fateful day, everything changes, and Kara finally decides to embrace her birthright and the responsibilities of becoming Supergirl. National City won't know what hit it!
