Katherine Heigl Is Definitely Not Your Rom-Com Fave in This Suits Teaser

The woman you probably recognize from all your favorite rom-coms between 2006 and 2010 heads to the USA Network drama as Suits' newest Suit, Samantha Wheeler, and we've got our first look. In a tense sneak peek at Season 8, Samantha makes it clear that she's not here to make friends and already has one major goal in mind: become a name partner.

"I want name partner and I want it before the year is out," she tells Harvey (Gabriel Macht) in the video. Hey, at least she's honest!

While we don't yet know what over motives Samantha might have, we do know that she will be someone who "challenges the status quo and will either become the firm's greatest ally or most powerful enemy," according to USA Network.

Heigl joins Dulé Hill who has been upped to series regular for the upcoming season. The show just wrapped up Season 7 with a fairytale wedding for Mike (Patrick J. Adams) and Rachel (Meghan Markle) who will head to Seattle for the opportunity of a lifetime. In real life, Markle and Adams' have officially departed from the show as Markle prepares to marry Prince Harry in May.

Suits will return for Season 8 later this year.
