It looks like some real estate is about to open up in Chatswin.

Suburgatory's Alan Tudyk, who plays George's longtime BFF Noah, and Rex Lee, aka Chatswin High Principal Mr. Wolfe, will not be returning full-time next season. However, both actors may potentially come back as guest stars.

The news was first reported by Deadline.

Tudyk's character originally served as the gateway for the show's main characters, George (Jeremy Sisto) and Tessa Altman (Jane Levy) into suburban life after their big move from New York City. However, as the Altmans became more acclimated with their surroundings, Noah's focus shifted to his new life as a single parent and his unrequited love for his maid, Carmen. Not going to lie, we're a little worried about how George will cope next season after losing his daughter, his girlfriend and his best friend. That's rough!

Lee's character was woefully underused for most of the show's first two seasons, largely because of his character's loose ties to the rest of the characters outside of the occasional important school announcement and his recent love troubles with Chef Alan. Sadly, the Entouragefan favorite made TVGuide.com's list of TV characters we want to get rid of.

In addition to Tudyk and Lee, the quirky family comedy is also losing recurring guest star Parker Young, who is starring on Fox's new comedy Enlisted.

Suburgatory is set to return sometime midseason on ABC.
