Crisis on Infinite Earths is giving fans the Smallvillereunion they've been waiting for. TV Guide has learned Erica Durance will reprise her role as Lois Lane for this year's Arrowverse crossover, reteaming her with her former co-star Tom Welling, who is set to return as the Man of Steel. It's the first time the pair will share the screen as the beloved characters since the CW series ended in 2011.

Durance is sticking around for multiple episodes that will reveal where Clark Kent and Lois Lane are nearly a decade after the events of Smallville's series finale. Durance is the second Lois Lane headed to the five-part event -- Elizabeth Tulloch, who plays the famed journalist on Supergirl, is also poised to appear.

Everything We Know About the Arrowverse's Crisis on Infinite Earths Crossover

In addition to two Lois Lanes, we're also getting three versions of Superman, with Supergirl's Tyler Hoechlin and DC's Legends of Tomorrow's Brandon Routh (who donned the red cape in the 2006 film Superman Returns), set to join Welling for the crossover. Plus, John Wesley Shipp, who played Barry Allen in the original '90s The Flash series, will appear alongside Grant Gustin, who currently plays the iconic speedster on The CW's The Flash. With Crisis of Infinite Earths enlisting multiple iterations of the same characters, the crossover is really living up to its name.

The event will bring together The CW's entire superhero lineup, including Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Batwoman, Legends of Tomorrow, and Black Lightning, which operated outside the Arrowvere until now.

The five-way crossover kicks off this fall with Supergirl on Sunday, Dec. 8 at 8/7c, continuing on Batwoman on Monday, Dec. 9 and The Flash on Tuesday, Dec. 10. After winter break, the crossover will pick up again on Tuesday, Jan. 14 with a new episode of Arrow at 8/7c before concluding with DC's Legends of Tomorrow at 9/8c.
