Kelly Osbourne is back home (read: in rehab). Ozzy's 20-year-old offspring reportedly checked into a facility in Pasadena, Calif., for treatment of "some personal issues," her rep was quoted as saying. The singer-actress previously entered rehab in April 2004 for an addiction to painkillers. Her latest stint comes just days before her new CD, Sleeping in the Nothing, hits stores, begging the question: If a Kelly Osbourne album flops and she's not around to hear it, does it make a noise? Discuss.
