SHE SHOOTS, SHE SCORES!

Kathie Lee Gifford has taped a guest spot on NBC's Just Shoot Me to air during May sweeps. Regis Philbin's former sidekick will play a flamboyant romance novelist named Allison Spencer who ends up in the Blush offices when the magazine decides to serialize one of her books. As Gifford explains, her alter ego becomes sort of a "sugar-momma" to Finch (David Spade). "David Spade becomes my boy toy," she cracks to TV Guide Online, adding that she hardly misses the daily talk-show grind. "I am having so much fun. I feel like every day is Saturday now. I never have to show up for school."
