The majority of TV viewers turned to CBS for Sept. 11 anniversary coverage on Wednesday night. The network's combination of 60 Minutes II and its 9/11 documentary attracted an average of 11.3 million viewers. ABC was second with nearly 10 million, followed by NBC (9.4 million) and Fox (3 million).
