ABC has given full-season orders to sophomore drama Scandal and freshman comedy The Neighbors, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Fall 2013 TV Scorecard: Which shows are returning? Which aren't?

Scandal, which launched with a short seven-episode first season in April, follows the professional cases and the personal problems of political fixer Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington). The series comes from Grey's Anatomyand Private Practice creator Shonda Rhimes. Scandal airs behind Grey's on Thursdays at 10/9c and drew 6.11 million viewers and a 2.0 rating in the adults 18-49 demographic.

A sitcom about a family who moves into a neighborhood populated by aliens pretending to be humans, The Neighbors debuted to 9.2 million viewers and a 3.2 demo back in September when it premiered behind Modern Family. After moving to its normal Wednesdays at 8:30/7:30c timeslot, the show grabbed 6.9 million viewers and a 2.0 rating for its most recent episode.
