The Motion Picture Association of America has nixed an advertising campaign for the upcoming horror sequel Saw II that featured images of severed fingers. The MPAA claims it never approved the artwork, which was released on the Web earlier this month. And if it had, it would have found that displaying "dismembered fingers... is unacceptable under Advertising Administration standards." Showing the Leaning Tower of Pisa protruding from Rob Schneider's crotch, however, is cool.  Additional reporting by Matt Webb Mitovich
