Salma Hayek and François-Henri Pinault tied the knot with a small civil ceremony on Valentine's Day in Paris.
The Oscar-nominated actress and the French magnate, who briefly broke off their engagement last year, wed at the City Hall in Paris' chic 6th arrondissement on Saturday, an official told The Associated Press.
The pair met in Italy in 2006, and had a baby, Valentina Paloma, in September 2007.
Hayek, a current 30 Rock guest star and UNICEF ambassador, created a buzz last week with a video showing her breastfeeding another woman's baby during a fall 2008 humanitarian mission to Sierra Leone.
Hayek, 42, is an executive producer of the hit series Ugly Betty. She was nominated for an Oscar in 2003 for Frida, the biography of the painter Frida Kahlo. Pinault, 46, is chief executive of the French luxury and retail group PPR SA, which owns high-end labels such as Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga and Puma.
