For the first time since her highly publicized riding accident in August, Madonna got back up on a horse Thursday during an appearance on Late Show with David Letterman. Before beginning a slow gallop down 53rd Street in Manhattan (during rush hour!), Madge confessed, "I have a bit of excitement tainted with fear." Ironic — that's exactly how I felt before watching Swept Away.
