Honey Boo Boo has at least one celebrity fan who "redneck-ognizes" her skills: Rosie O'Donnell.
The comedienne tells People she loves the Thompson family so much that she wants to buy them a new home.
"I love Mama June. I love Sugar Bear. I love Chubbs," she said, calling the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo stars by their nicknames on the show. "I'd love to meet them and buy them a house."

Of Honey Boo Boo herself — 7-year-old Alana Thompson — O'Donnell had high praise: She compared the precocious beauty pageant contestant to another legendary child star. "She is like Shirley Temple," O'Donnell said. "She has a presence and an intellect that goes way beyond her years. Some of the stuff that she says and she comes up with ... I don't know."
