Reality TV regular Megan Hauserman didn't walk away from Rock of Love: Charm School with the grand prize, but now she's seeking damages from the show's host, Sharon Osbourne.
Hauserman, the leggy and often bikini-clad star of Rock of Love's second season and I Love Money, sued Osbourne Monday for battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress after a spat between the two ladies turned physical during a taping for the VH1 show's reunion.
The suit alleges that Osbourne "suddenly and without warning" pulled Hauserman's hair out and scratched her. Hauserman was "grievously and permanently injured and hurt in her health, strength and activity," and "will be prevented from attending to any occupation in the future," according to the lawsuit.

Police investigated the incident when it occurred in December. During the reunion taping, Hauserman said Osbourne was only famous for managing a "brain-dead rock star," which prompted a physical scuffle.
Ironically, Hauserman was booted from the show after she got physical with fellow contestant and eventual winner Brandi Mahon. Hauserman is seeking damages to cover medical and legal costs, loss of earning potential and punitive damages.
What do you think of Hauserman's case?
