VIDEO: Rob Kardashian Nearly Arrested After Chasing Photographer

Rob Kardashian was handcuffed and nearly arrested early Sunday morning in Miami after chasing down a paparazzo, TMZ reports.
Footage on the site shows the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and Dancing with the Stars alum running after a photographer after he saw him filming him from across the street. In a separate video, Kardashian was in what appears to be an argument with a blonde woman moments before the chase.

According to TMZ, the photographer ran away, screaming for help, and went into a smoke shop, where Kardashian found him. Miami Beach police, who saw the chase, walked in seconds later and grabbed Kardashian."He's attacking me ... he chased me ... he tried to kill me," the photographer told police in the video. Kardashian never touches him in the footage.The reality star told police that he was shopping before he was handcuffed and later placed in a police car. In the police report, obtained by TMZ, Kardashian, 25, said that he started chasing because he "did not like the paparazzi filming him." An earlier report said that Kardashian sprinted after the photographer as a joke.After interviewing both men, authorities said they released the Kardashian because there was no altercation and he never threatened the photographer.Watch the videos below:
