Revolution: Who Should Kill Monroe?

It seems as though everyone's out to get Monroe (David Lyons) nowadays. And since no one's truly safe on Revolution, we're starting to worry that our favorite tyrant's time is winding down. But if someone were to do him in — or at least give it a fighting shot — who should it be? We break down the likely suspects.

Get the scoop on Revolution's finale

Miles Matheson (Billy Burke): "At this point, there really isn't any limitations to what he will or won't do and how," Burke told TVGuide.com. After Monroe took their entire hometown hostage — a siege that ended with the death of Emma, the love of both their lives — Miles' thirst for revenge has reached an all-time high. But even so, will Miles ever be able to pull the trigger on his former best bud? Unlikely, but possible nonetheless. "The stalemate could go on for a long time because the mentality of both these guys now is 'I don't wanna die. And if I don't want to die, you have to.'" Burke explained.
Odds of Killing Monroe: 15:1

Rachel Matheson (Elizabeth Mitchel): We know Rachel can be ruthless when her family's concerned, yet she never once tried to kill Monroe during her years of captivity. "They've just all known each other for so long that it's almost like your enemy becomes your friend in away, even though you hate them," Mitchell said. Rachel's guilt over the blackout might be the thing that pushes her over the edge, but at the end of the day, Rachel's a scientist, not a fighter. If it were necessary to kill Monroe, there's no doubt she would, but we can't see Rachel going out of her way to make it happen.

TV Scorecard: What's renewed? What's canceled?

Charlie Matheson (Tracy Spiridakos): Ever since Danny died, Charlie only has one thing on her mind: revenge. "Charlie doesn't necessarily even care about the power being on or not. That's not what this is about. This is about Monroe," Spiridakos said. And unlike Miles and Rachel, she has no emotional ties to Monroe and would actually enjoy pulling the trigger. "When and if there's an opportunity to jump into the revenge spot, she will take it at any point of time without asking questions," the actress said. Of course, wherever Charlie goes, Miles is close behind and it's unlikely he'd let his niece do the deed before he did.
Odds of Killing Monroe: 3:1

Tom Neville (Giancarlo Esposito): You keep your friends close and your enemies closer — and no one was closer to Monroe than Neville. Now that the major's switched sides, it's not too far-fetched to imagine him offing his old boss to save himself. But according to Esposito, all those years of friendship might make Neville think twice. "I think of that sweet, lovely man who's inside of Monroe and he's just misguided and needs to be redirected," Esposito said. "Would I kill him? Of course I'd kill him. But would I rehab him first? I would try."
Odds of Killing Monroe: 30:1

Check out Elizabeth Mitchell and more of this season's MVPs

Jason Neville (JD Pardo): Killing has never been Jason's strong suit (can you blame him?), but he's toughened up a lot since joining the rebels. But is he tough enough to take out Monroe? "I think that what Jason is really trying to do is fight for truth ... so if that leads him towards a conflict with Monroe himself, I don't think Jason would hesitate for a second," Pardo said. While Jason is certainly self-righteous enough to try to kill Monroe, the likelihood of such a minor character making such a major move is small. (Though it would be a great way to prove his allegiance to the rebels once and for all.)
Odds of Killing Monroe: 100:1

Nora (Daniella Alonso): As previously reported, Nora will get kidnapped by the militia later this season — a perfect opportunity to kill Monroe, if you ask us! "Monroe gets her and she basically wants to kill him and tries to kill him," Alonso said, adding, "I think it works out for the both of us." Hmm... that doesn't sound like the musings of a Monroe-murderer. Too bad. We'd love to see Nora prove her worth once again. It's been far too long since the rebel queen has taken center stage (and blown some stuff up!)
Odds of Killing Monroe: 80:1

Randall Flynn (Colm Feore): Randall and Monroe might be teamed up at the moment, but an alliance without trust is bound to fall apart. "Monroe doesn't trust his friends, let alone his enemies," Lyons said of Monroe's relationship with Randall. "And when someone walks in with power and information, he keeps him close and he tries to extrapolate as much of it as he can out of him. But Randall's a wily little cat. The two of them will butt heads." While that doesn't exactly scream "assassination attempt," we wouldn't put it past Randall to turn on his partner in a deadly fashion.
Odds of Killing Monroe: 60:1
