John Travolta John Travolta

A second individual has joined the lawsuit against John Travolta that was filed Friday in California, Radar reports. The masseur, who remains anonymous, is accusing the actor of acting improperly during a massage appointment — with specific allegations of sexual battery and harassment.

The first plaintiff, also a masseur, claims the 58-year-old Grease star tried to have sex with him after hiring him for a massage. Both individuals are being represented by attorney Okorie Okorocha, and seek $2 million in damages each.

"Having a second person come forward and say that he went through the same thing makes me feel vindicated," the first individual told Radar.

Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, responded to the new allegations in a statement to People. "This second 'anonymous' claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one. The attorney who filed the lawsuit on behalf of his second anonymous client, who does not want to disclose his name although he is required to do so, was notified that his first client's claims were totally false and fabricated, since our client was not in L.A. when anonymous 'Doe #1' claims he interacted with John Travolta."
