Report: Kris Humphries Wants an Annulment; Calls Marriage a Fraud

And Kim Kardashian's divorce drama continues. Kris Humphries has filed for an annulment against Kardashian claiming that the reality TV star "frauded" him into marrying her, TMZ is reporting.
"We can confirm on the record that he filed for legal separation and nullity of marriage," Humphries' rep says in a statement.

While Kardashian has already filed for divorce, Humphries wants the marriage annulled instead, calling the union a staged-for-TV fraud that he was not aware of. Humphries intended for the nuptials to be genuine, and feels he was duped.
While the basketball player is said to have signed a pre-nup, he claims there are "community and quasi-community assets" at hand. He reportedly also wants Kardashian to pay his attorney's fees.
Kardashian's rep did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
