In early November, Mariah Yeater slapped the 17-year-old pop star with a lawsuit, claiming Bieber fathered her child. She's dropped the paternity suit, but Bieber opted to take the DNA test regardless.

On Nov. 7, it was reported that Bieber planned to sue Yeater, 20, once the test results come back and show her assertions are bogus, as he expects. Bieber and his team want to file suit against Yeater to show there are consequences when such allegations are made.Justin's team will not settle or discuss settlement with Yeater or her lawyer, according to TMZ.Attempts to get comment from Bieber's rep were not immediately returned.
