Real Housewives of New Jersey's Danielle Staub has stopped her ex-boyfriend from releasing a sex tape — at least for now.

Staub's attorney, Darren Del Sardo, told TVGuide.com that a New Jersey judge issued a temporary order saying Stephen Zalewski may not "discuss, transfer, duplicate or sell" the recording.
Staub dated and dumped Zalewski, 27, on the reality show. He later told Star Magazine he hoped to look into selling a sex tape. Staub sought Wednesday's order in response.

"She denies being aware of any such video [being made], and she certainly denies any consent to release such video if it exists," said her attorney, Darren Del Sardo.
The judge ordered a July 21 hearing, where the 46-year-old Staub will ask the judge to make the order permanent. She will also demand that Zalewski produce any video he may have, according to Del Sardo.
