Sources close to production tell the site that Bravo is worried about pushing the envelope too far and has not yet decided how much — if any — footage featuring Armstrong will make it to air.
Armstrong, the estranged husband of cast member Taylor Armstrong, was found dead of an apparent suicide Monday. Taylor had filed for divorce in July after five years of marriage and their marital issues were discussed on camera in the first season of Real Housewives, as well as in the Season 2 premiere episode — which was originally slated to air on Monday, Sept. 5. — sent as a preview to journalists this month.
A source close to the show tells The Hollywood Reporter that Bravo is also planning to postpone the Season 2 premiere at least one week and possibly longer. However, a rep for the series denied the report and said no decisions have been made about the new season.
