CBS topped Tuesday in viewership and the adults 18-to-49 demographic, thanks to the season finales of NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles.

The mothership series earned 18.7 million viewers and a 3.5 rating, rising four-tenths in the demo from last week. The two-hour NCIS: LA closer averaged 15.12 million viewers and a 3.0, on par with last week.

America's Got Talent (10.4 million, 3.4) was down a tad from Monday's premiere, but it marked a season high for NBC in the 8 p.m. hour. Back in its usual 10 p.m. slot, Fashion Star (4.9 million, 1.6) ended its freshman season on good note, improving slightly on last week's numbers, when it aired at 8 p.m.
