NBC's new comedies Go On and The New Normal delivered solid numbers Tuesday in their timeslot debuts.

Go On
, which premiered during the Olympics to 16.1 million viewers and a 5.6 rating in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, pulled in a respectable 9.6 million viewers and a 3.4. The New Normal (7 million, 2.5) held steady from its special Monday premiere.

Leading off the night, The Voice pulled in 11.30 million viewers and a 3.9 rating. The numbers were down slightly from Monday's season premiere, but were up in both measures versus last season's Tuesday debut.Season 4 of Parenthood bowed to 5.6 million viewers and a 1.9, down a tad from last season's opener.The only other new offering of the night was Fox's So You Think You Can Dance final four performance show, which averaged 4.3 million viewers and a 1.5.
