The comedy premiered to a solid 7 million viewers and a 2.9 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, which is on par with previous occupant Happy Endings' spring average. Don't Trust the B---- also posted the best retention out of a new episode of Modern Family in a year. Returning from a three-week hiatus, Modern Family (10.3 million, 4.1) was down 9 percent in the demo. The Middle (7.04 million, 2.1) and Suburgatory (6.1 million, 2.1) were even.
