ABC's 90-minute Dancing averaged 21.84 million viewers Monday night, up 13 percent compared with last week's season low. 90210 also was up 13 percent in the demo from last week, pulling in nearly 1.80 million people.

Otherwise, against Dancing in the first hour of Monday's prime time, a repeat of How I Met Your Mother pulled in 5.26 million viewers on CBS vs. reruns of Fox's House (4.82 million) and Chuck on NBC (2.85 million). At 8:30, a new Mad Love on CBS scored 5.57 million viewers — keeping the show squarely on the bubble.

At 9/8c, reruns of CBS' The Big Bang Theory  and Fox's The Chicago Code totaled 7.65 million and nearly 4.12 million viewers, respectively, while a new outing of NBC's The Event attracted 4.43 million viewers and a fresh Gossip Girl drew 1.54 million on the CW.

At 9:30, a Mike & Molly rerun got 7.83 million; in the same half-hour, Dancing's coattails helped Better With You possibly bounce off the bubble and attract 11.65 million viewers in a special time slot, also getting a 2.6 demo rating.

In prime time's final hour, a rerun of Castle drew 7.62 million people against a repeat of Hawaii Five-0 (nearly 7 million) and a fresh episode of Law & Order: Los Angeles (5.76 million) — which, along with The Event, looks like it's failing to make its case to be renewed by NBC.
