The good news for Dancing with the Stars? The Season 16 finale surged week-to-week. The bad news? It still hit a new finale low.
The two-hour results show — the series' last for now — drew 15 million viewers and a 2.6 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, up 44 percent from last week, but it was down 21 percent from last spring's coronation. Lead-in The Bachelor's Funniest Moments earned 4.7 million and a 1.2.

NBC topped the night, led by The Voice (10 million, 3.1), which fell four-tenths, and the season finale of Grimm (5.2 million, 1.7), which was flat with last week and up a tenth from its freshman closer that aired on a Friday. NBC's Oklahoma tornado news special opened the night with 8.2 million and a 2.0.On Fox, So You Think You Can Dance (4.6 million, 1.9) was even.CBS and The CW were in repeats.
