CBS topped Thursday, led by The Big Bang Theory.
The sitcom, which featured guest star Bob Newhart, drew 15.7 million viewers and a 4.6 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, up a tenth from last week. Two and a Half Men (11.9 million, 3.1) and Person of Interest (12.8 million, 2.4) both rebounded from series lows last week, but Elementary (9.5 million, 2.0) was flat with its all-time low.

On Fox, American Idol (11 million, 2.5) dropped three-tenths to hit a new low and Glee (5.2 million, 1.8) was even.The season finale of Parks and Recreation(2.9 million, 1.5) rose 15 percent from last week, but was down two-tenths from last year's closer. The rest of NBC's comedies were up, while Hannibal(2.5 million, 1.0) was steady.

ABC's Grey's Anatomy (8.5 million, 2.9) inched up and Scandal (8.1 million, 2.6) dipped a tenth.
