The Big Bang Theory matched a series viewership high Thursday with 16.5 million viewers and a 5.0 rating in the adults 18-to-49 demographic. Lead-out Two and a Half Men (14.1 million, 4.0) benefited greatly, reaching season highs in both measures.
Person of Interest followed with 14.7 million viewers and a 2.9, staying even, while Elementary (10.7 million, 2.2) slid two-tenths.

NBC's special Thursday edition of The Voice (9.1 million, 3.0) was no match for CBS' comedies, dropping from Wednesday's outing, but, as it did with Chicago Fire Wednesday, the reality show lifted lead-out The Office (5.3 million, 2.5) to hit a season high. Parks and Recreation(3.8 million, 1.8) also grew.The Voice did beat The X Factor (6.3 million, 2.3) head-to-head again, but the Fox series held steady from last week. Glee (5.7 million 2.4) returned 8 percent lower than its previous outing.

ABC's Last Resort (6 million, 1.4) and Grey's Anatomy (9.2 million, 3.2) both grew, while Scandal (6.1 million, 2.0) was flat.
