Randy Travis Discharged From Hospital

Randy Travis has been discharged from the hospital after suffering a stroke earlier this month. "Thanks to all the fans and friends for your continued prayers and support as Randy continues on the road to recovery," Travis' fiancée, Mary Davis, said in a statement.

Travis, 54, was admitted to the hospital on July 7 for idiopathic cardiomyopathy and was put on life support for 48 hours. During that time, Travis suffered a stroke and had to undergo emergency neurosurgery. Now that he's been discharged, the country musician has been relocated to a physical therapy facility.
