Rachel Uchitel Getting Divorced

Rachel Uchitel's husband Matt Hahn filed for divorce on Monday, citing "cruel and inhumane treatment," TMZ reports.
"It is Ms. Uchitel's goal to resolve this action amicably, quickly and quietly and not in the media," her rep Howard Bragman told the website.

The couple married in October 2011 and welcomed a daughter named Wyatt in May 2012, but lately things have been tense between the pair. After a particularly bad argument, Uchitel called New York City police on May 16 to ask for assistance in removing Hahn from their residence. She did not pursue charges.Hahn is asking for custody of Wyatt, in addition to child and spousal support, and equitable distribution of marital assets.Uchitel made headlines after she was revealed to have been one of Tiger Woods' mistresses during his 2009 cheating scandal. She was also rumored to have had an affair with Bonesstar David Boreanaz.
