Question: Donna Murphy was excellent in her guest appearance on the recent CSI episode set in Hollywood. Any chance she might become a regular? Sure seemed like they were testing the waters for something. — Foster Ausiello: You mean like, maybe CSI: Los Angeles? I thought the same thing, but it turns out CBS asked producers to crank out a 25th installment this season and, instead of paying the show's regular cast, they enlisted a slew of special (and far cheaper) guest stars to carry the episode.
