Private Practice's Amelia Shepherd has hit rock bottom and she's about to be hit with a rude awakening when her colleagues confront her with an intervention.
"She does not respond well to that," Caterina Scorsone tells TVGuide.com. "She's very defensive and belligerent, and as each one of them confronts her she confronts them right back."

In Thursday's two-hour episode, Amelia finally makes it rehab. "She's in a profoundly vulnerable place, but it's also a realty beautiful place," Scorsone says.
