Question: Would it be possible for you to tell me the name of the song used in the Sept. 29 episode of CSI? It was also used in an episode of Third Watch.
Answer: Oh, what the heck. I haven't done that many song questions recently, so why not? I've mentioned Gary Jules' version of Tears for Fears' "Mad World" before, but producers keep using his take, which was most memorably featured in Donnie Darko. If you love it — and you should, despite its frequent use — you can find it on his 2004 album Trading Snakeoil for Wolftickets (Universal).
