My Boys alum Jordana Spiro has landed the lead in Fox's untitled drama from Drop Dead Diva's Josh Berman and Robert Wright, and Justified's Michael Dinner.

My Boys alum Jordana Spiro has landed the lead in Fox's untitled drama from Drop Dead Diva's Josh Berman and Robert Wright, and Justified's Michael Dinner.
Spiro will play Grace Delvin, a thoracic surgeon who splits her time between her career and her lifelong debt to the South Chicago mob.

Jamie Lee Kirchner (Necessary Roughness) has also been cast to play a surgical resident who is the daughter of the hospital's chairman. James Carpinello and Jesse Lee Soffer are set to co-star.Aside from her role on My Boys, Spiro has recently appeared on Harry's Lawand Dexter.
