Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed into California law a bill that will severely penalize paparazzi who commit assault in pursuit of celebrity photographs. In the past six months alone, Lindsay Lohan, Reese Witherspoon and Scarlett Johansson have been involved in incidents stemming from the actions of overzealous shutterbugs.
