NBC's live production of Peter Pan is getting Smash-ed! Christian Borle, who previously starred as Tom Levitt on the network's Broadway-set Smash, has joined the cast in a dual capacity, reports Deadline.

Christian Borle, who previously starred as Tom Levitt on the network's Broadway-set Smash, has joined the cast in a dual capacity, reports Deadline.
Borle will appear as both Smee — aka Captain Hook's, um, right hand — and Mr. Darling in the Dec. 4 telecast.
Fall TV 2014: Must-see new shows
A 2012 Tony Award winner for his performance as pirate Black Stache in Peter and the Starcatcher, Borle also appeared in NBC's 2013 live production ofThe Sound of Music. He's the first actor from The Sound of Music Live! to join the cast of Peter Pan Live!.
As previously reported, Girls star Allison Williams will play the titular boy who never grows up, while Christopher Walken will bring life to the powerful Captain Hook.
