Paul Walker III filed legal documents claiming that Rodas' family is holding "numerous automobiles and other motor vehicles that are either wholly or partially owned" by his late son that are worth nearly $2 million.
Acting as the executor of his late son's will, Walker is demanding that the vehicles be returned and the "proportionate share of any sales proceeds derived from the sale of such vehicles" also be handed over.
Rodas, who also died in the November 2013 crash, and the Fast and Furious star co-owned Always Evolving, the Valencia, Calif. performance and racing shop.
Rodas' family has already denied the claim, so a judge will have to resolve the matter.
