The fate of the park on Parks and Recreationis on the line!

Under the guise of assisting April (Aubrey Plaza) with a plan to turn Lot 48 into a dog park, Councilman Jamm (Jon Glaser) "jammed" Leslie (Amy Poehler) last week, making a play for the lot for his own nefarious reasons. How will Leslie respond?

Now that they have a common enemy, Leslie and April have teamed up to take Jamm down and have 90 days to do it. "Basically, they've made the agreement where they each have 90 days to come up with their plan and then they're going to present it to the planning commission and see who gets approval," executive producer Mike Schur tells TVGuide.com. "So the next five episodes or so are really about them each trying to put their plans together."

Parks and Recreation Scoop: Leslie's wedding and Tom's new business venture

While Team Leslie and April want to finally build a park in the disputed lot, Jamm wants to use the space for another location for fast-food purveyor Paunch Burger. "Leslie and April are trying to find an architect [Bradd Hall] to design the park, and Jamm is trying to just buy off various people and get various people on his side," Schur says. Unfortunately, the architect with the great idea hails from Pawnee's rival town Eagleton, which will cause some problems.

Jamm will naturally play dirty to push through the plans for Paunch Burger, but in a surprisingly uncharacteristic twist, Leslie may also stoop to his level. "That very issue comes up in one of the episodes," Schur says. "There's an episode where he does something very sneaky and underhanded, and she reciprocates and then her guilt kind of overwhelms her and she has to undo what she did before anybody finds out about it."
