For those embarrassed about shedding a few tears — or in some cases, crying buckets — each week during Parenthood: Don't worry. You are not alone.

"I have to be honest — this show does always make me cry," Erika Christensen tells TVGuide.com. "It gets me even though I know it's coming."

Season 4 in particular, which ends on Tuesday at 10/9c on NBC, has tugged at viewers' heartstrings week in and week out thanks to emotional story lines such as Amber's boyfriend's struggle with post-traumatic stress disorder, Drew's girlfriend's abortion, and most notably, Kristina's season-long battle with breast cancer. "It's a show that I think helps sensitize the viewing audience rather than desensitize," Peter Krause says.

Parenthood boss Jason Katims: "I'm hopeful that we'll get a Season 5"

But the big question is, what else makes the cast of TV's most emotional drama grab for the Kleenex? While on the set earlier this season, TVGuide.com asked the entire cast that very question, and they were happy to reveal what movies get the waterworks going just like Parenthood does.

So which member of the cast had to leave the theater during Cast Away? Who won't ever be able to watch Million Dollar Baby again? And who is "about 20 years overdue" for a good cry? Watch our video from the set of Parenthood:

Parenthood's Season 4 finale airs Tuesday at 10/9c on NBC. What movie always makes you cry?
