Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon

Pamela Anderson has won a restraining order against her estranged husband Rick Salomon, TMZ reports.

Anderson claims that Salomon, the poker player who starred in Paris Hilton's sex tape, spat on her and then attempted to strangle and smother her with a pillow during sex in January. She also says that whenever Salomon loses at poker, he turns his anger on her, calling the Baywatch alum a "slut," "ugly old bitch" and "crack whore."

The couple first wed in 2007, but the marriage was annulled two months later. Years later, they rekindled their relationship and married again in January 2014. Anderson filed for divorce in July, only to change her mind a month later. But in February, Anderson filed for divorce again. One week following her filing, Salomon filed his own legal documents, claiming their marriage should be annulled based on fraud.

Shocking celebrity breakups

According to Anderson's filing, Salomon's claim is based on the idea that the actress is a "serial baby killer." Included in her documents is an e-mail from Salomon in which he writes, "I did not no [sic] she was a serial baby killer to her husbands ... she should be locked up." Salomon also claims that she has a history of begging her husbands, including himself and Kid Rock, to get pregnant and then terminating the pregnancy.

In another e-mail, Salomon also took issue with Anderson's cooking habits. He claims when she eats fish and shrimp, it makes their house smell and that she cooks pork for her children when he owned a pig for 10 years.

According to People, in the weeks before she filed for divorce, Salomon sent Anderson numerous harassing e-mails and texts. These messages included nude photos of Anderson taken without her consent, "demonstrating that he has the power to send it to anyone if I did not do what he wants," Anderson says.

The restraining order Anderson was granted is only temporary until a court hearing on April 3.
