James Cagney's Best Actor Oscar for the 1942 classic Yankee Doodle Dandy will be auctioned live via Pax TV and web site ibidlive.tv beginning at 6 pm on Sept. 27. New York's Doyle auction gallery, which is handling the sale on behalf of the late actor's family, will also be accepting bids on his 1961 Bentley S2 four-door car and the 6.2-carat diamond engagement ring previously owned by his late wife, Frances.
