[SPOILER ALERT: The following story reveals the outcome of Tuesday's Olympic gymnastics finals.]

The U.S. had six chances to medal on the final day of gymnastics at the Olympics Tuesday. So how did they do?

Team USA came away with two medals, both won by Aly Raisman. Raisman took gold on her best event, floor exercise, and bronze on the balance beam. She is the first American woman to win gold on floor. Combined with the women's team gold, she leaves London with three medals. All-around champ Gabby Douglas and vault silver medalist McKayla Maroney both won two, while Jordyn Wieber and Kyla Ross go home with the team gold.

Wieber's coach, John Geddert, said after the finals Tuesday that the gymnast had been dealing with a possible stress fracture in her right leg since training camp last month, forcing her to limit her practice and downgrade some moves.
